All orders are shipped by me via J&T and PosLaju.

Please make sure that you are 1000% sure before placing your order and read the terms & conditions before proceeding.

All pre order items will be ship out 1-2 weeks after order closed. If you purchase any ready stock + pre order items together, item(s) will be ship out as a pre order.

You will received an email confirming that your order has been dispatched, kindly check your junk or spam folders.

• Please ensure your shipping address, email address and phone number are all correct.
• If you have put an incorrect shipping address, you must email me immediately, before your order is dispatched so that I can change it.
• I cannot refund an order if it's been lost due to an incorrect address

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If 7 days have gone by since you received your item/s, unfortunately I can't offer you a refund or exchange.

• Return & refund apply to order with defective item, wrong item received, and/or missing item from the order.
• If the package was lost and/or damaged during shipping causing defective items to arrive as per courier irresponsibility, return and refund will not apply.
• If items are returned back to me, I'll have to ask for the shipping fee again.
